The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our order desk hotline (852) 6882 6458 at the time of delivery and send the photos of deficiencies and/or damages bottle via email: or whatsapp (852) 68826458 for record, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
Your order should always arrive to you in perfect condition. If any item has been damaged along the way, please contact Us at (852) 68826458 and we will follow up with you.
We don't have minimum order, to enjoy free delivery, please order 12 bottles (750ml and over) or more or the total amount be over HK$1000. Otherwise, $60 delivery fee will be charged per order.
When you see a wine or case that you like the look of, click 'Add to Cart'; you can then continue to look for other wines to add to your Cart in the same way. At the top of the screen you'll notice you can click on ‘Shopping Cart’ at any point to review what you have added. When you are happy that you have made your selections you simply need to click on 'Check out' where you will need to enter your payment and delivery details, or login.

If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet we may be able to change delivery address details or cancel it completely. Please call us at (852) 68826458 as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot change or amend your details if the order has already been processed. We usually process orders within 24 hours after we receive your order. If change or amendment of your order details is not possible, we will arrange to collect the wine from you after it has arrived subject to specified conditions

Delivery & Return

Delivery service only provides to residential, commercial and industrial address in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. We currently do not ship internationally or to Mainland China at this time
For outlying islands and other remote areas (like Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok), a HK$100-HK$300 surcharge might be added on top of the free delivery offer or standard delivery fee. The precise amount depends on individual delivery address – please contact us for details For delivery to Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and Lantau Island (except Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok and Discovery Bay), please contact our Customer Service at 68826458.
Delivery is free of charge upon ordering of 12 bottles (750ml and over) or more or the total amount is over $1000. Otherwise, $60 delivery fee will be charged per order.

Delivery service is only available to address when lift service is available. In the event of lift breakdown will make arrangements to deliver in another designated schedule
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after confirmation and normally delivered within 7 working days. 3rd Party courier service such as SF Express will be used to safely deliver the wines to you.
Under bad weather conditions, normal delivery services could be delayed and suspended if typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Your will be contacted for rescheduling the delivery.
Our delivery courier will contact you on the day of delivery (usually 1 hour before arrival) to ensure someone is available to receive the wines. Alternatively, we can leave the wines at security room/counter or front door as requested. If we are unable to deliver for any reason, we will contact you the following business day to arrange an alternative delivery date. If you fail to receive your wines upon the first delivery appointment or you give us inaccurate information on your address, Wine Match reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery.
Our office/ warehouse do not open to public to pick up wines. However, if you would like to pick up your wine, please contact (852) 68826458, subject to specific conditions, we might offer to pick up at designated MTR station.

Yes, you can leave your preferred delivery time which will be remarked on the delivery instruction. However, there is no guarantee that the delivery time will be same as requested. Since 3rd party courier service such as SF express is used to safely deliver your wine, it will subject to the couriers’ delivery schedule.
Yes, free delivery for each address is $1000. e.g. If your order value is above $2000 then you are entitled to separate it into 2 addresses.

Occasionally we may send you a voucher code for special offer. These can be redeemed by entering the voucher code into the box at the shopping cart page and clicking 'Apply'. In the very rare event you’ve experienced an issue making a payment online, with a voucher or you spot a discrepancy, please contact customer service team at 68826458 as soon as possible and we will do our very best to resolve the matter.

Service Hour

You can browse and order from this website 24-hours a day, every day of the year. Customer service team can be reached between 10am - 6pm during the week and between 10am and 5pm on Saturdays (except public holidays).
We aim to give feedback to all requests within 24 hours, but please allow 1-2 business days for the response. Our support team is primarily based in the UTC +8 and is available during standard business hours. We have a weekend staff to answer basic queries too.
