Return Policy
The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our order desk hotline +852 6882 6458 at the time of delivery and send the photos of deficiencies and/or damages bottle to The Company via email: info@winematchhk.com or whatsapp +852 68826458 for record, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
The signed delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) by recipient will be deemed to be your acceptance of goods with full satisfaction and no return will be accepted thereafter.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the characteristics of the merchandise, we are not able to refund payment or accept returns once purchased bottles are opened.
In the event that you would like to claim a refund or return, please email info@winematchhk.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at info@winematchhk.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Refund is only available when valid original receipt is provided and refund guarantee will only be applicable on wine or champagne below HK$800 (per bottle) or less than 10 years old.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@winematchhk.com.
Order cannot be canceled or refunded except for quality issues, the Customer will be contacted after placing the order online or via any other channel within 2 working days to arrange delivery for general order and pre-order.
