Delivery Service

We offer FREE delivery for each purchase over HK$1,000 (single location ONLY). For orders below HK$1,000, we shall apply a delivery charge of HK$60.

Standard Delivery is Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm via our designated delivery couriers

Delivery service only provides to residential, commercial and industrial address in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. We currently do not ship internationally or to Mainland China at this time

For outlying islands and other remote areas (like Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok), a HK$100-HK$300 surcharge might be added on top of the free delivery offer or standard delivery fee. The precise amount depends on individual delivery address – please contact us for details

Delivery will be arranged within 7 working days after purchase except for pre-order item which subject to stock availability. There may be times when the products you have ordered are out of stock, which may cause a delay to fulfill your delivery. Due to the limited stock of the promotion items, If a wine becomes unavailable, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative product/s to the Customer of similar value and style.

Delivery service is only available to address when lift service is available. In the event of lift breakdown will make arrangements to deliver in another designated schedule

Under bad weather conditions, normal delivery services could be delayed and suspended if typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted. The customer will be contacted for rescheduling the delivery.

The customer is required to inform the Company immediately in case of any change to the delivery address. For unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address being provided or time change without 2 working days’ advance notice to us, the Customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.

 

Non-pickup / Non-delivery

The Company has the right to charge wine storage fees and dispose of the wine without further notice to the Customer if the wine could not be successfully delivered within 2 months from the date of purchase, which could be due to inaccurate address or contact details or Customer refuses to take delivery. The Company shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
